Action on Valid DMCA Notice

• Notify the user responsible for the content.

If appropriate, we may terminate repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA policy.

Counter Notification

If you believe that your removed content was not infringing or that you have the right to use it, you may send a counter-notification including:

• Your name, address, and contact details.
• The URL of the content that was removed.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate legal authority.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal action within 10 business days.
